Police Apologies To Lord Brammall

The 92-year-old told the BBC the apology came from Met commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe.
He says Sir Bernard told him the force had been wrong to delay informing him that no further action would be taken. Lord Bramall was never arrested and had always denied the allegations. The Met would not confirm an apology had been made.
