Ex-Army Chief Sorry For Lariam Drug

Lord Dannatt admitted to the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme he would not take the drug himself. He said his own son had taken the drug and had become “extremely depressed”. The Ministry of Defence said: “The vast majority of deployed personnel already receive alternatives to Lariam.”
